All my dolls are made with fabric scraps/pieces & stuffed with fiberfil. 

They are made using my sewing machine and a lot of hand sewing.

  •        Rag Doll Couple

    I made these dolls from a pattern I found in a 1974 McCall's doll book.

    Each doll is approx. 15 inches tall.

    The boy has on denim blue jeans and plaid shirt

    The girl has on a flower print dress with matching bloomers. The shoes are made out of blue ribbon to match her hair and dress ribbons.

    The arms and legs are hinged using buttons, making it easier for them to sit.

I don't use any glue on my dolls. I draw the faces with fabric markers.

Each doll has my initials (DLG)

and the year finished, written on their rear-ends.
